A Recall Because Brakes Don't Work?...Nah.

After numerous complaints of faulty brakes in Toyota's Prius, the company is refusing to recall the models in question. It seems to me that brakes are kind of important for the function of a car... maybe I'm confused, but the last time I checked, brakes were essential for stopping/ avoiding wrecks.
