Toyota has announced that they are recalling 437,000 Prius Hybrids around the world due to brake problems. I say it's about time they own up to their mess.
For as long as I can remember I've been fascinated by the idea of making dinner a creative outlet. I have no formal training, unless you count my addiction to cooking shows but I can throw down in the kitchen. My boyfriend, Grayson is my primary test subject. I cook almost every night and we spend that time chopping, dicing and chatting over cocktails. Cooking has never been a chore for me because I've taken all the stress out of the equation. I constantly have friends and family asking for my recipes but the truth is, I don't have any...I never measure anything when cooking and certainly never write things down. My hope for this blog is to give people inspirational ideas and flavor profiles that they can take and make their own. Moreover, I think I can share some tips that will make cooking an enjoyable experience. After all, time in the kitchen should be about unwinding and catching up with loved ones after a long day... cheers to throwing all the rules out the window.
